“Rafael was a great tour guide. Sun Bay beach on Vieques was one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen! The dinner spot in El Malencon had a beautiful view of the sunset and great food. But the bio bay kayak was unbeleivable. We were at the end of lunar calendar and you could still see the biolumenescence well. The kayak guide gave a great overview of the biology of the bay and knew his science. They had a great safety program as well. I would say this is a must do trip!”
